Help us move the chalk art from the streets to the windows of 2nd Street and beyond! We are looking for artists of all ages to come help us paint Downtown Owensboro for the holidays. Will Evans (famous 2nd St FAM JAM chalk artist and founder of Estes Bulldog Art Camp) will be helping guide us on our trip across Downtown Owensboro. We will provide the supplies and windows, we need the community to provide the arms, hands & creativity!
