This year the Santa Barbara Youth Symphony quartet will fill the air with melodic tunes and other special performances and caroling will make this a “not to miss” event. The Rosewood Miramar will be back with the - always popular - hot chocolate cart, with children and adults returning for seconds and thirds of the peppermint and traditional marshmallow-topped treats.
