Who: Generally aimed at primary school children but anyone is welcome!
Story Dogs is a wonderful volunteer organisation that helps to build confidence in literacy skills by providing a fun, safe, non-judgemental environment. The dogs are chosen for their patient temperaments to sit with a child who might be having difficulties learning and listen to them read.
While we are having the volunteer read this time, we would love to spread the word about this excellent organisation, and offer kids the oppotunity to experience the joy of books with a wonderful companion by their side!
