Find the joy and holiday spirit of the season as dancers from throughout San Juan County unite in a community performance to raise funds for Kids Kollege scholarships on Friday, December 6, at 7 p.m., in the Henderson Fine Arts Center Performance Hall. The San Juan College (SJC) Foundation proudly presents the Holiday Spectacular for the sixth consecutive year. Thanks to the continued generosity of this year’s exclusive sponsor, Big Red Tool, Inc., the Holiday Spectacular generates vital support for the Kids Kollege Scholarship Fund and has allowed the SJC Foundation to establish an endowment that ensures the Kids Kollege program thrives for generations to come.
Kids Kollege is a summer enrichment program dedicated to providing children and teens between the ages of 4 and 15 with exciting learning opportunities.
The Holiday Spectacular showcases talent from area dance studios, including Beat House Dance Studio, Ann Marie’s Dance Academy, Piedra Vista Panteraz, Mann Dance Academy, Carrasco Dance Production, Elysian Dance Academy, Farmington High School Kelly Greens and Inspire Dance Academy. San Juan College Encore will also feature students from Tap, Ballet, and SharQui classes performing on stage.
“Our local dance studios graciously donate their time and talents to bring this show to life, and our donors generously support the performance,” said Gayle Dean, SJC Foundation Executive Director. “Each ticket sold goes beyond the show, helping create lasting opportunities through Kids Kollege scholarships.”
