Join us for this special holiday sound healing infused with aromatherapy.
Amy Thompson RYT-500 will offer gentle assists while students take in the healing effects of a dynamic sound healing offered by the Conduit Center musicians, and the room will be infused with professional grade essential oils.
You’ll be bathed in the sounds of the singing bowls, chimes, gongs and more, to enhance the peaceful and soothing experience.
This practice does not involve any yoga “poses” other than seated and shavasana so it’s a wonderful and accessible practice for all yoga practitioners and others.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and are welcome to bring any props to enhance relaxation such as socks, eye pillows, weighted blankets, etc.
Preregistration is strongly recommended.
