Join Jacquie Smith, pre/postnatal specialist, yogi, health coach + mama of 2 for a holiday-themed sculpt class! This low-impact workout will focus on small movements and stretching using just your body weight + light props for a deep full body burn. It will leave you feeling recharged, toned, and drenched in a satisfying sweat to keep your body in balance this holiday season.
This class is open to all levels and all mamas as pre/postnatal modificaitons will be provided :) All you need is a yoga mat. The best part? You will be able to replenish both your body and your belly with a post class complimentary Cure Hydration and shop the most amazing maternity + postpartum wear at BUMP CITY.
