The 2024 Holiday Pup & Pickle Fest is coming on Saturday, December 21st from 11am -5:00pm! Designed to be a fun holiday shopping and sampling event with a pickle theme! That means, from the dozens of local vendors with awesome gifts that include pickle-focused varieties, to the insane pickle-inspired food offerings and pickle-infused adult beverages, to the straight up pickle vendors, you’re sure to find the perfect gifts for your pickle-loving friends and fam!
This year we have added an additional focus - DOGS! Bring your four-legged friend if you like and shop from numerous dog-related vendors all while supporting local dog rescue groups!
Top notch live music, special appearances, contests, a pooch parade, and more will round out this exciting day. Kids 12 and under get in free. Dods are permitted, but must be leashed, well-behaved, and pickled up after. Attendance is limited, so tickets may sell out early. This is an all weather event.
Application to be a vendor at the 2024 Holiday Pup & Pickle Fest is free, HOWEVER...
IF APPROVED, THE FOLLOWING VENDOR REGISTRATION FEES WILL APPLY:
PICKLE VENDOR - $125 (12x12) *Primary item is pickles. Must provide FREE samples.
FOOD VENDOR - $350 (24x18) *Must include one pickle themed menu item
REGULAR VENDOR - $150 (12x12) *Pickle and/or Holiday and/or Dog related gifts/products only.
* If you need more than the allotted space, you will need to purchase two spaces at time of registration.
*Electricity Package is $30 and MUST be added at time of formal registration (not here) and includes access to Basic 7 Amp power within 25 feet (Bring your own cord). FOOD VENDORS MAY NOT PURCHASE POWER. Larger power is not available. Quiet generators are permitted in food vendor row only.
Wifi is not available due to its volatility at this venue.
*Vendors who apply will receive a confirmation email that their application was received. Vendors who are APPROVED will receive an INVITATION to Register and Payment will be collected at that time. If registration/payment is not made within 7 days, you'll risk losing your approval.
FINAL Vendor Deadline For All Vendors is October 25th, 2024. **Date subject to change based on vendor response.
All spaces are outside, most under pavilions (not food vendors).
While there are NO REFUNDS, in the event of serious emergency or weather event, we will consider transferring vendor fee to another event.
