A pumpkin ravioli is one of my favorites for the fall season. Consisting of pasta pillows filled with creamy pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, parmesan, and a hit of nutmeg and cinnamon added for warmth and depth. We’ll make a light cream sauce with a drizzle of balsamic reduction and garnish with toasted pine nuts, crispy sage leaves, and parmesan for a comforting and slightly sweet pasta dish with a rich, autumnal flavor. Of course, I serve you a salad and a fresh sourdough loaf of bread.
