Our chef will guide you step by step through mixing and rolling the perfect flaky crust, crafting flavorful fillings, and achieving that golden, picture-perfect finish. You’ll practice essential techniques like blind baking, lattice topping, and balancing sweetness with spice, all while working on your own miniature pie to take home. What To Expect
Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
Length: Approximately 3 hours.
Format: Hands-On. Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.
Location: First floor.
Restrictions: Classes are for participants aged 16 and older. Children aged 16-18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
