It's our Annual Holiday Party!This is a potluck event. Please take a look at our list for things, people are allergic to.
Known allergies include: corn, cherries, peanuts, raw garlic (powder is fine), walnuts and bleu cheese.
Please be aware that these are the known allergies in our community, and we encourage you to stay away from these items or at least make sure that your food is labeled if it is available for others to eat. Safety is a big priority for us and we appreciate you taking steps to ensure everyone is safe and has a good time.
There will be a LARP gift exchange. Where we will put all of the gifts into a pile and draw numbers for who goes first!
Gift Maximum is $20. Feel free to spend less.
Bringing food or a gift is not required to attend.
Bring games, Crafts, Projects, etc... We are just here to enjoy each others company!

Meadowmere LARP provides entertainment and educational experiences by fostering collaborative storytelling in an immersive environment in order to support a creative and inclusive community.
We will be located in the Annie Busch Auditorium .
