About this Event
Join friends and neighbors at historic Harriton House on Black Friday for our Holiday Ornament Craft Workshop. Using your choice of donated yarn in a myriad of color choices or nubby beige yarn spun from the fleece of Harriton's heirloom breed Tunis sheep, you'll create two ornaments resembling balls of yarn with miniature "knitting needles".
This craft class is best suited to children 10 years of age or older and adults. Children younger than 10 may accompany a paying adult ticket. Additional ornaments can be made for $8.00 each (up to 4 total).
Tickets are $25.00 for general admission and $20.00 for members of the Harriton Association. Each session has a capacity of 15 participants so we recommend registering as soon as possible. Tickets include supplies to make 2 ornaments, instruction, and coffee or hot chocolate.
Free parking in our parking lot, the Bank Barn Classroom is accessible (bathroom as well) and handicapped spaces are available near the door.
