The Friends of Fort Griswold Battlefield cordially invite you to a festive gathering around a glowing bonfire on the grounds of Fort Griswold Battlefield, Saturday, December 7 from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Join with neighbors and other fort enthusiasts to share a warm beverage and some tasty sweets. Do some last minute holiday shopping of great books, patches, and other Fort Griswold memorabilia. All are invited to roast marshmallows over the fire!Saxophone Santa will make an appearance at noon, and David Rose will give tours of the Fort at 11:30 AM and 1 PM. In the event of rain, we will move the festivities inside the Monument House Museum.
