Marine Corps Base Quantico (MCBQ) invites crafty individuals and home-based businesses to showcase and sell their arts, crafts, and other non-consumable goods at the MCBQ Tree Lighting and Holiday Market Event. Whether you specialize in handcrafted items, Scentsy, Pampered Chef, or other products, this is a unique opportunity to engage with the community and grow your business.
BOOTH SPACE AND FEES
Size: 10 ft x 10 ft booth space
Fee: $30 per booth
Decoration: Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booth in a festive holiday theme
VENDOR REGISTRATION
Sign up via Eventbrite to secure your booth space. Registration closes November 4, 2025.
Reservation fees are non-refundable, even in case of absence.

VENDOR RULES AND REGULATIONS
Base Access: Vendors must have base access; MCCS does not arrange entry.
Set-up & Tear-down:
- Booths must be fully set up by 3:30 PM—late set-ups will not be permitted.
- Tear-down begins at 8:15 PM (cars allowed in event area after 9:15 PM).
- Vendors are responsible for maintaining their space and disposing of trash. Early departures are not allowed.
Sales Policy:
- Vendors must sell exclusively from their designated booth space.
- Walking sales or the sale of consumable goods in the Holiday Market area are not permitted.
Equipment Provided:
- Registration includes one table, two chairs, and one canopy.
- Electricity is not provided; vendors must bring their own power sources.
- If using extension cords, they must be securely covered per MCBQ Safety Standards.
- Generators must be placed on drip pans to prevent spills.
Sellable Items:
- All items must be new—no used, resale, or consignment products permitted.
- MCCS and PMO reserve the right to deem any item unsuitable for sale.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
Vendors must provide proof of comprehensive general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 for bodily injury and property damage and/or a copy of vehicle insurance.
MCCS and associated agencies are indemnified against all claims related to sales, products, and services provided by vendors.
