Come and learn important basketball skills from the coaching staff and players of the Hempstead High School girls basketball program. Each day we will focus on a different skill that is vital to be successful in high school basketball.
Wednesday - Ball Handling
Thursday - Finishing around the Hoop
Friday - Shooting from the outside
