In this festive workshop, you’ll design and build your very own ceramic house luminary from clay. With its simple structure and charming details, this piece will warm up any space during the winter season. Add your own touches—cut-out windows, a snowy rooftop, or a tiny chimney—and once it’s glazed and fired, drop in a light to let the cozy glow shine through.Whether it becomes a centerpiece for your holiday décor or a handmade gift for someone special, this luminary is sure to brighten the season. Houses are approximately 4” x 4” x 5”.
This class is open to ages 16 and up. No prior experience needed! Please allow 1.5 to 2 hours, including cleanup time. Pieces will be ready for pick up 3 - 4 weeks after the class date at the Milton Community Center.
We will contact you when your piece is ready for pick up.
Participants are advised to wear older clothing that is easily washed.
Tickets are $45 each and can be purchased at www.riseanddesignartstudio.com. Class sign ups will close 2 days prior to the event.
