This FREE summit brings together community members, service providers, and caregivers to address the
challenges of social isolation and its impact on addiction among seniors and individuals with disabilities.
The event will combine expert presentations, interactive activities, and resource sharing to provide
attendees with strategies and support networks aimed at fostering connection and recovery.
