EVENT 3- 18 mins- Boat Race, one time each, any order

Rx- 20/16 cal bike, 10 front squats @155/95, 25 ttb, 20/16 cal bike, 10 front squats, tag out

Int- 16/12 cal bike, 10 front squats@115/75, 15 toes to rings, 16/12 cal bike, 10 front squats

Scale- 12/10 cal bike, 10 front squats@75/55, 10 cal ski erg, 12/10 cal bike, 10 front squats

Event 4- 12 min AMRAP

Rx- 4 deadlifts@355/235 (must lock at top together), 6 synchro Bar Muscle ups, 8 synchro lateral burpees over box 24”/20” (must jump, no step-ups), tag in next F/M pair.

Int- 4 deadlifts@275/175 (must lock at top together), 6 synchro chin above bar pullups, 8 synchro lateral burpees over box 24”/20” (must jump, no step-ups), tag in next F/M pair.

Scale- 4 deadlifts@155/105 (must lock at top together), 6 synchro jumping pullups, 8 synchro lateral burpees over box 24”/20”, can step-up onto box, tag in next F/M pair.
