🌸🚵♂️ FLOW X RD.4 – Saturday 20th September @ Superbowl! 🚵♀️🌸It’s spring, the bush is buzzing, and the trails are ready to play! After a long, wet winter we’re back at the Superbowl network for another round of Flow X racing — proudly suported by Holiday Haven.
Not sure what Flow X is? Here’s the lowdown 👇
Flow Cross (Flow X) events are made up of 4 timed race stages, with non-timed liaison sections in between. It’s a super relaxed style of racing where you can:
👉 Blast down 800–1000m predominantly downhill timed stages.
👉 Cruise and chat with your mates on the untimed rides between stages.
👉 Race as hard or as chilled as you like.
You’ll have 2 hours to complete all 4 stages — once the clock runs out, no new runs can start. The fastest overall combined time across the 4 stages in each category takes the win! 🏆
