Holiday Harmony: Yoga & Pilates for St. Francis Hospice
Come join us for a special event at Yoga Yard where we'll be hosting a relaxing and rejuvenating session of yoga with Shane Lennon and pilates with Maya Duncan.
Class will start at 7pm (prompt) and will be followed by festive hot drinks and a raffle for a beautiful Ground Wellbeing skincare gift.
All proceeds will go to support St. Francis Hospice in their important work. Let's come together to find inner peace and harmony while giving back to those in need. Don't miss out on this opportunity to unwind and do good at the same time!
