Grief can be devastating at any time of year, but at the holidays the absence of a loved one can be especially difficult. As traditions change, loneliness may deepen, and everyone around you is thankful and jolly, you may find yourself wishing you could “fast-forward” through these previously happy times. This grief intensive offers a lot of helpful information about understanding and navigating grief, coping skills, and specific tools to navigate the deep grief that often comes at this time of year when an important person is missing.
Kelly and Cyndi will pack a lot of helpful tools and information into this time, including activities, tools and ceremonies that help you keep your loved one present at the holidays in a new way.
Cost is $50.00 per person.
