SouthSide Works is glowing for the holiday and hosting an all-ages event to welcome the season at the first annual SouthSide Works Holiday Glow on Saturday, November 15th. Holiday revelers of all-ages are invited to this free and festive event that will feature Santa’s big arrival followed by the lighting of the tree in SouthSide Works’ Town Square. A variety of activities and seasonal fun will take place from 4:30pm-7:30pm. 🎅🎄☃️

Holiday Glow at SouthSide Works will feature a special outdoor holiday pop-up bar by The Speckled Egg, called The Nest, featuring a selection of hot cocktails and mocktails for sale plus complimentary hot cocoa for children. The menu will feature tasty and creative selections like the Evergreen & Ember, a hot cocktail with gin and peppermint tea cordial; the Muleing About, a vodka and ginger beer mule with our house chai cinnamon ginger syrup; the Season of the Witch, a hot drink with spiced pear liqueur, Stroh Jagertee, ginger syrup, and TSE’s signature boozy cream; the Merry Berry NA Spritz, a non-alcoholic mocktail with cranberry juice, sage syrup, and seltzer; and Hot Cocoa with the option of marshmallows.
Santa will be available throughout the event for all guests (and even their furry dog-friends) to meet-and-greet and take home printed and digital photos in the special Santa Photo Booth. Traditional Carolers will be singing festive selections and DJ Wade will be spinning the holiday hits to get the party started. PGH Party Creations will be hosting seasonal crafts for children and a caricature artist will be offering up funny holiday portraits for guests. Special vendor Tinked will be making it memorable with glittering permanent jewelry for sale. Guests will also receive free light-up wands to usher in the season and fill Town Square with light as the tree shines for the first time at SouthSide Works this holiday season.
