By registering for and attending the floral workshop hosted by Over The Decades, you (the "Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms & Conditions include important safety and liability information and must be read in full.
1. Assumption of Risk
The Participant understands and acknowledges that the workshop involves handling potentially hazardous materials, such as sharp tools, wires, and plants that may cause injury if not handled with care. The Participant assumes full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, allergic reactions, or damage to personal property arising from or related to participation in this workshop.
2. Release of Liability
The Participant agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Over The Decades, its owners, employees, contractors, and volunteers, from any liability, claim, or expense (including attorney’s fees) related to any injury, illness, or property damage incurred during or in connection with the workshop. This release of liability applies to any injury or damage caused by negligence or otherwise.
3. Medical Conditions and Allergies
The Participant agrees to disclose any relevant medical conditions, including known allergies, that may impact their ability to safely participate in the workshop. The Participant acknowledges that Over The Decades is not responsible for managing or accommodating any health needs related to disclosed or undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.
4. COVID-19 and Health Precautions
The Participant acknowledges the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the inherent risks associated with participating in group activities. By attending the workshop, the Participant accepts the potential risks of exposure to COVID-19 or other contagious illnesses. Over The Decades will follow applicable health guidelines to reduce risk but cannot guarantee an illness-free environment.
5. Photo and Media Release
The Participant grants Over The Decades permission to take photos or videos during the workshop and to use these images in promotional materials, including on social media, websites, and marketing materials. If the Participant does not wish to be photographed, they must notify the workshop organizers in advance.
6. Agreement of Understanding
By checking the box below, the Participant confirms that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them. The Participant also acknowledges that they are participating voluntarily and that this document is binding upon them and their heirs, next of kin, executors, and personal representatives.
