About Jorden
Jorden Dolan is the dynamic executive chef and founder of Savory Events, a boutique catering brand based in The Woodlands, Texas. She caters for events across the country, bringing her clients unique dining experiences in destination locations. Chef Jorden is known for cooking a wide variety of colorful, flavorful and seasonal foods, presented with creativity and imagination. She sources the majority of her ingredients from organic local farms, growers and artisans, in an effort to keep revenues within the community. Growing up in California allowed Chef Jorden the opportunity to develop a palate for the region’s broad variety of seafood, produce and artisanal products. She spent the early years of her career cooking around a variety of restaurants before moving into luxury hotels + banquets. One of her stops along the way included several years of fine-tuning her craft at the famous Pebble Beach Resorts. She also participates in the prestigious Pebble Beach and Los Angeles Food & Wine Festivals, where she plays a pivotal role as their culinary purchasing manager.
About Nathalie
Nathalie is a Registered & Licensed Dietitian, Nutritious Life Master Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach and Intuitive Eating Coach based in Pearland, Texas. With over 20 years of experience in health and wellness, Nathalie transitioned from a career in media to follow her passion for nutrition education and delicious food. She empowers busy professionals and active older adults to improve their energy, mental focus, and overall well-being without harsh diets. Inspired by her family's culinary background, including restauranteur and private chef grandfathers and a beloved grandmother who lived to 100, she offers private health coaching, group programs, wellness retreats, and workplace wellness workshops that focus on holistic, food-as-medicine approaches. Nathalie’s mission is to help you stress less about eating and enjoy the pleasures of nutritious, flavorful food promoting health, vitality, and longevity.
