From the folks that brought you Shocktober LIVE! comes a brand new holiday tradition - Tragically Ludicrous Presents: Tragically LudiChristmas!
Join us on December 13th at 7 pm inside Witches & Wizards Arcade's upstairs micro theatre. There will be a double feature of the infamously bad 1978 "Star Wars: Holiday Special" and the crazy great "Violent Night".
The show will also feature a weird candy cane taste test, trivia, and more delightfully strange holiday shenanigans. Come on out and let Tragically Ludicrous either get you into the Christmas sprit or absolutely ruin it!
The Star Wars Holiday Special (1978):
Considered one of the worst TV specials to ever air. So terrible it has never been officially released in its entirety in any form. The Star Wars Holiday Special is a ridiculous mix of a Star Wars adventure, variety show sketches, extended periods of Chewbacca’s family, the first appearance of Boba Fett, and a very inebriated Carrie Fisher.
Violent Night (2022):
A wealthy family home is invaded by a group of criminals looking to steal millions from them, but they find that not only is Santa Claus real, he takes his naughty list very seriously.
Tragically Ludicrous was formed in 2024 by the duo of Jordon and Landis, two film fanatics that are obsessed with tracking down the most absurd, wild, obscure, hysterical, and just outright entertaining movies and media they can find. Now they want to inflict their ever growing collection on to any audience that has the will power to sit through it.
