At Benjamin Steakhouse, guests may begin with one of four appetizers: Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, Lobster Bisque, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, or a Winter Salad of organic mesclun greens, frisée, roasted beets, walnuts, warm goat cheese, and toast. At Benjamin Prime, starters will feature their Lobster Bisque, Italian Burrata, and the signature Prime Salad of jumbo lump crab meat, bibb lettuce, arugula, radish, and spicy oil.
Entrée options at both locations include a USDA Prime dry-aged Bone-In Rib Eye, USDA Prime Filet Mignon, Grilled Scottish Salmon finished with soy sauce, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon, or a classic Rack of Lamb with au jus. Guests may choose from sides such as Mashed Potatoes, Steak Fries, Benjamin Home Fries, Mushrooms, Sautéed Broccoli, or Creamless Creamed Spinach. For dessert, the selection includes NY Cheesecake, Chocolate Mousse Cake, or Carrot Cake, accompanied by freshly brewed tea or coffee. The holiday menu is priced at $119 per person, exclusive of tax and customary gratuity, with no substitutions permitted.
