Class Experience
In this elegant hands-on cooking class, students will create a gourmet winter meal, featuring perfectly seared Duck Breast with a rich Cherry & Port Sauce, paired with fragrant Herb Roasted Parsnips. For dessert, they’ll bake a spiced Gingerbread Cake served with luscious Vanilla Bean Crème Anglaise. Key techniques include pan-searing, roasting root vegetables, and making a custard-based sauce, giving students refined skills to elevate holiday cooking with memorable flavors and textures.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours
This class is hands-on and may run over/under schedule.
