About this Event
Join us for a fun and festive afternoon making a show stopping croquembouche! We'll be teaching you how to make classic pate choux for cream puffs, a delicious vanilla diplomat cream to fill them, and beautiful spun sugar (candy floss) to decorate your tower. You'll leave with a beautiful full tower croquembouche and the recipe to re-create it at home!
