Class starts at 11 AM,gathering in the bar area. The class portion of the morning will take place in our kitchen. Chef Joe and Chef Erin will lead with a mix of lecture and hands on throughout the class. After the instructional portion is completed, everyone will sit for lunch. Margaret Pearman will pair two glasses of wine with the meal. Lunch usually wraps up around 2:30pm.What you'll learn:
