About this Event
Holy jingle bells, it's a super fantastic mega bonanza of cookies! In this day-long class, you'll prepare FOUR cookie recipes from start to finish... and leave with armloads of cookies to share with friends, family, and coworkers!
Learn to make: Gingerbread Men, Spicy Chocolate drop cookies, Raspberry White Chocolate Blondies, and Holiday Butter Baubles
In the class, you'll
- Practice four different cookie methods: drop cookies, bars, roll out cookies, and butter cookies
- Also make royal icing, splatter white chocolate, swirl jam, and decorate cookies
- Build a cookie assortment that includes a variety of textures and flavors-- fruity, chocolatey, buttery, and spicy!
- Discuss how to plan and execute a BIG cookie baking project, how to prep, and how to store your cookies
- Learn lots of baking tips you can apply to other recipes
- Learn about the ingredients, flavors, and more
- How to taste food like a professional... the difference between tasting and eating!
- Spend a day baking with and learning alongside fun folks
- Take home LOADS of ready-to-eat cookies you made yourself... AND some "take & bake" cookie dough to bake later!
This class is different from our other classes! PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING:
- Ideal for folks who've taken a Muddy's baking class before, as it will be fast paced and we'll cover a lot of ground! We strongly recommend that students in this class have SOME baking experience.
- We will use a stand mixer (provided).
- Adults only please (age 15+).
- Lunch break partway through class (45-60min)-- lunch is NOT provided, but there are multiple options in the neighborhood or bring a lunch from home!
- Each student will have their own baking station, but portions of class may involve collaborative work with other students

ABOUT MUDDY'S HANDS-ON BAKING CLASSES
Muddy's hands-on baking classes are in-depth AND fun! Class sizes are small so students have ample opportunity for guidance & questions. Your instructor will demonstrate every step of the recipe and be available as you try each step yourself. You will have your own work table and will complete the entire recipe... and of course, you'll leave with your goodies!
Who should participate? This class is ideal for folks who've taken a Muddy's baking class before, as it will be fast paced and we'll cover a lot of ground! We strongly recommend that students in this class have SOME baking experience. Age 15+.
Are classes wheelchair accessible? Our tables are height-adjustable, so if you need special accommodations, just let us know ahead of time and we'll be sure to have the table and your spot all ready for you!
What about cancellations/refunds? Classes are small and space is limited, so ticket sales are final. Check the date/time carefully before booking. If you cannot attend, you may gift your ticket to a friend.
Masks welcome, but not required in Muddy's events. If this changes, we will notify participants.
