Experience the sounds of the holidays at the City of Green’s Holiday Concert on Tuesday, December 17 at 7 pm at The Chapel in Green, 1800 Raber Road. Doors open at 6 pm. This year’s performance features the Akron Symphonic Winds, 40-piece professional wind band whose mission is to bring music to the community. The program will be one hour with no intermission. Prelude music provided by Green 8th Grade Chorus begins at 6:45 pm.Tickets are $6 for adults, $2 for children ages 3-17, and free for children under age 3 by calling the City of Green Parks and Recreation Division at 330-896-6621, or by visiting cityofgreen.org/register. Tickets are also available at the door.
