Join us for a fun and creative pottery experience this holiday where you can get your hands dirty and unleash your inner artist!Pop-up Pottery Experience for kids
Come join us at Ralli Hall, in Hove for a fun-filled day of creativity and clay! This in-person event is perfect for kids who love to get their hands dirty and unleash their artistic side.
Jess & Sydney will guide the children through the process of creating their own pottery creations, with the freedom to make what they like! From pinch pots, imaginary creatures, to coil creations, your little ones will learn the basics of pottery in a safe and supportive environment, just through play.
We will be bringing one table top wheel, for the children to have a go on. This will be supervised by Jess or Sydney at all times, and we would like to offer each child a chance to experience it. After that we can see if we have time for a second go. But let's begind with one first!
All throughout we will have tables with clay to play with!

We believe it is one of the best things for children for dexterity development, well-being, socialising, creativity, and of course an excuse to get muddy and for that to be a-okay!
We want to create a space that gives children a safe space of creative freedom, with kind supportive guidance. Whether your child is a budding artist, or a child that says they aren't creative...we want to invite everyone to experience a medium that isn't exclusive to anyone, but one that builds confidence, within an un judgemental space.

-Parent & child event (parents are expected to stay at the event)
-Take home your creations - exciting!
-Please bring an apron / clothes you are happy to get a bit muddy
-All children who would like to play with clay will need to have a ticket
*For this experience we will be using a special air drying clay that is the same texture as ordinary clay, this is so the kids can take home their creations on the day, and perhaps continue the creativity by painting them once they are dry at home. The wheel thrown pieces will just be an experience and won't be taken home. *
