Welcome the most wonderful time of the year with us on Sunday, December 8th. Join us for a magical evening where we'll craft winter-inspired cocktails. Our skilled mixologist will guide you through creating three signature drinks that capture the magic of December.
During this two hour interactive session, you'll discover how to infuse your cocktails (or mocktails) with the perfect amount of seasonal cheer. Learn to incorporate winter notes, blend cozy holiday spices, and balance the bright flavors of winter citrus with the rich tones of nutmeg and clove. You'll practice techniques like muddling fresh winter fruits, creating festive simple syrups, and garnishing with seasonal botanicals.
