Please Note: This session is for those who identify as women and are over 18 only.
Whether you are celebrating Diwali, Winter Solstice, Christmas, or just someone's birthday, it's always nice to send a card to someone you care about. So join us for our next session making cards! 🪔🎅🎨
We will be providing all the materials needed but please feel free to bring along any personal things you want to incorporate such as photos or old cards to be upcycled into new ones. It’s time to embrace cozy season and get crafting!
Chin Up Cardiff is dedicated to creating a safe and empowering space for survivors of sexual assault in Wales. Foster a non-therapeutic environment that allows individuals with similar experiences to come together, find validation, and navigate their healing journey at their own pace.
Utilise the Chin Up Cardiff's support group by us for a holiday card making sesion alongside others accessing, with three of our lovely Chin Up team members present throughout the session. This sessions aims to provide a supportive atmosphere with the focus on creativity, providing social engagement within a space that understands and accommodates survivors of sexual assault.
The session will be held in the cozy, tranquil, private yurt in Paradise Gardens. All supplies will be provided. You can buy teas, coffees or something stronger from the bar and tap water will be provided.
It is completely FREE to attend the session. If you would like to donate to the running costs of Chin Up we have a Go Fund Me linked on our website.
Please be aware that the Chin Up team are female but men my be present at the venue as customers/staff in the cafe.Â
There are limited places due to staffing and the size of the venue, so we ask that if you are unable to attend, please cancel and let us know so.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding the session.
