The holidays can be a beautiful time—but for many of us, they also bring waves of stress, pressure, and emotional overwhelm. This is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and create from the heart.
Join Art Healing with Noni for a Holiday Stress & Anxiety Relief Art Healing Workshop at Junction West in the Raleigh / Triangle area. Together, we’ll explore mindful artmaking and gentle reflection to help you release tension, restore inner peace, and find balance amid the holiday bustle.
Through guided art exercises, soothing conversation, and a supportive atmosphere, you’ll experience:
- A calmer mind and lighter heart
- A creative outlet for holiday stress and anxiety
- Connection and community during a busy season
- A renewed sense of peace, gratitude, and joy
You don’t need to be an artist—just bring yourself, an open mind, and perhaps a friend who could use some calm too.
All materials are provided. Water, tea, and snacks will be served.

Important:
This is a first come, first served event. Registration helps us plan, but doors will close once the first 35 guests have arrived to keep the space comfortable and connected. So come early to claim your spot and settle in!

- After parking in The Dillon Deck, walk east toward W Martin Street, then head south toward S West Street. Junction West is in the Warehouse District.
- Arriving early gives you flexibility in choosing a spot in this deck.
- Registration opens at 6:00 p.m. — plan to arrive around then so you have time to park and settle in.
