Description: Join us for this class in our special Holiday series where we celebrate the most wonderful time of year in the kitchen. Bread may be a staple year-round, but during the holiday season, an extra-special loaf is a must for your table. Whether you’re an experienced or novice bread maker, we’ll share a number of recipes sure to inspire your bakes this season.
What You’ll Learn: We will discuss the science behind each dough and get hands-on practice with a number of bread making techniques. Recipes include Banana Gingerbread, Yeast Rolls, and a tear-and-share centerpiece with a variety of fillings.
Notice about cooking classes:
Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
You will work with other students.
Hands-on classes are limited to 7 to 10 students.
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
No refunds on classes, but feel free to gift a friend or family member.
Students receive a coupon good for the day of the class for 10% off in-store purchases on all food, beverage, kitchen, and table top products.
All recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc.
If you have a food allergy, please check with us before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
