Shop local for handmade jewelry, ceramics, paintings, prints, cards and photographs – almost all made on site or at least locally. Visitors can glimpse the creative process, perusing the studios of resident artists. A selection of guest artists will fill the building's common spaces with additional creative wares.
Located on Cherry Street at First Ave, the ground level of this creative building is home to Cherry Street Coffee, Open Books Poetry, Saki Nomi, and Bad Bishop Bar; while the upper floors are full of artists and creative businesses. Come explore what we have in store.

‘57 Biscayne is a collection of 28 creative work spaces located in the Good Arts building, which has a rich history, entrenched in the arts. It has been home to a world famous jazz club, an influential avant-garde theatre, as well as a boxing gym and the first gay and lesbian community center in Seattle. Recently, the Good Arts LLC (which owns the building) has welcomed a new partner, the Historic Seattle Public Development Authority, which now manages the building and will steward its future as an arts hub.
