About this Event
Enjoy an evening of delectable appetizers prepared by Chef Alicia Shevetone of Dink Cuisine, expertly paired with a trio of wines from Vegas Valley Winery. You will enjoy a private, chef-hosted experience in the winery’s tasting room.
- Chef's Trio - Limoncello Pepper brie on dried apricot with rosemary, pecan, and dried cranberry crumble; spiced blue cheese stuffed olives; mixed nuts
- Crab Louie - the King of Salads, prepared with lump crab in a tangy, bright dressing over delicate lettuce; sliced lemon; radish; tomatoes
- Chicken Florentine Lasagna - ground chicken, mozzarella, and spinach baked in a velvety cream sauce
- Mandarin Tea Cake - light and airy orange cake drizzled with a decadent mandarin orange glaze
