Welcome to a vibrant evening of dance and music performances!
Come join us on March 29th at 4 pm at St. Luke's Church in Hampden to celebrate Holi, the Festival of Colors! Enjoy Bharatanatyam and Indian folk dances, Carnatic vocal and violin performances, dance workshops, and free henna art. More advanced henna designs, fresh chai from Chachu's Chai, silk thread bangles, embroidered purses, and dupattas will also be available for purchase at the venue. Tickets for children and students (must bring a valid student ID to the event) are $10-20. Tickets for adults are $15-25. The minimum ticket prices in these ranges include everything mentioned above, but the sliding scale allows for a larger donation. A portion of the proceeds will support Shakti, Johns Hopkins University's only competitive Indian classical dance team. Please message the event organizer at 727-858-9030 with any questions.
