Join us for a peaceful evening of heart-centered reflection and sound meditation, as we explore the healing power of Self-Love.We’ll start with a guided discussion and gentle self-reflection. We’ll talk about barriers and how those show up in our lives.
We’ll transition into our 45-minute Sound Meditation for relaxation, release and realignment. Our trauma-informed practitioner will explain what to expect during your session. Some people have deep, emotional breakthroughs and others just find clarity or peace to calm their busy minds.
We’ll finish the evening with some time for gentle reflection and sharing, if you so wish. We want to stress that this is a safe place, but if you’re not comfortable sharing, no problem. Sound affects each person differently, which may be deeply personal. For that reason, we’ll provide a take-home practice card and a journal page to continue your Self Love, Self Care practice at home.
Please bring a mat, blanket, bolster, pillow, camp chair, or anything that may help you be most comfortable.
