Holding Space Reiki Circle with Michael at The Place of SpiritualWhile listening to a guided meditation, I will administer the reiki energy healing to each individual in the circle.
The goal of the circle is to Restore Heart Joy and Lightness of Heart.
Everyone experiences Reiki differently, you may feel heat, cold or tingly sensations.
Please bring a pillow, blanket (if you'd like), and water to the session!! Even though this is not a “physical” activity you do move a lot of energy out of your body.
