About this Event
Grief is not always loud. Sometimes it shows up quietly—in the things we still hold onto long after they’ve stopped serving us. The person we used to be. The story we keep replaying. The relationships we’ve outgrown. But what if healing is not about forcing yourself to move on… but learning how to honor the hold while finding the courage to release?
Join us for a deeply intimate and interactive experience where we will explore the emotional dance between holding on and letting go—and how both can exist in the same breath.
What You Can Expect:
- Psychoeducational Wisdom: We’ll unpack the reasons behind our attachments—why we cling to people, past identities, or unspoken pain—and how this "holding on" can silently weigh us down. You'll gain tools to navigate grief with more awareness and compassion for your own process.
- The Weight of Holding On: Sometimes grief gets tangled in our nervous systems and our everyday patterns. Together, we’ll explore how unprocessed grief can manifest as anxiety, exhaustion, or disconnection—and what it’s really trying to teach us.
- The Power of Letting Go: Letting go doesn’t mean forgetting. It means reclaiming your power, making space for new stories, and choosing to live more fully in the now. We’ll guide you in what release can look like when it’s done with reverence and readiness.
- Reflective Practices & Soulful Dialogue: This is not a lecture. This is a safe space. Through journaling prompts, partner shares, and group reflections, we’ll hold space for truth-telling, witnessing, and softening into self-understanding.
- Sound Healing & Breathwork: End the session with a gentle but powerful sound healing journey, led by Chyna, integrating breath, vibration, and intention to help move what words cannot.
If you’re grieving a loss, going through a transition, or simply longing to understand yourself more deeply—this space is for you.
Come as you are. Come tender. Come curious.
