Whether you are a facilitator, healer, parent, friend, community member, or simply a human who wants to listen better, this workshop offers practical tools and embodied practices for holding space without fixing, advising, or bypassing.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to be with someone in a way that feels safe, supportive, and authentic, while also honoring your own boundaries and nervous system.

🌀 Workshop Flow
The day includes:
• Opening & closing circles
• Guided grounding and embodiment practices
• Small group sharing and paired listening
• Somatic awareness and presence tools
• Optional, consent-based practices (silence, breath, ritual elements)
• Reflection, journaling, and integration
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how to hold space and how to care for yourself while doing so.
