Come join us in person for a unique experience where weโ€™ll explore how to hold big feelings without getting overwhelmed. Itโ€™s all about connection, support, and sharing in a safe space. Whether youโ€™re feeling joy, sadness, anger, or anything in between, let's navigate those emotions together. Bring your authentic self and be ready for some honest, heartfelt moments!
