Info: Parents and children explore what big feelings look like in the body and brain using age-appropriate language, visuals, and activities. Families learn why emotions feel overwhelming sometimes — and why support matters.

Info: Through guided, hands-on stations, families create a personalized Emotional Toolbox they can use at home, including:
