Holacracy Coach Training with Brian Robertson - Amsterdam - September 2021

Guiding others through a Holacracy adoption requires a solid Holacracy practice, a firm grasp on the rules of the Constitution, and a toolbox for coaching others through a radical behavioral and mindset shift.

The Holacracy Coach training will deepen your foundation of Holacracy knowledge, and help you develop the skills to guide others through the transition to self-management.

This training is designed for participants seeking to build on learnings from the Holacracy Practitioner Training. In addition, we recommend 6-12 months of hands-on Holacracy practice and experience facilitating Tactical and Governance meetings prior to attending. 

• Guide key organizational power-holders through the decision of whether to adopt Holacracy.
• Present key aspects of Holacracy and the “why” that lies behind them, without overwhelming a new practitioner.
• Ease the shock of transition to self-management through effective coaching and habit support.
• Learn common missteps in a Holacracy adoption, and how to avoid them.

• Explore common push-backs against Holacracy and practice coaching through them.
• Build your skills for coaching Lead Links and other roles through a shift in power dynamics.
• Learn key indicators of Holacracy progress and how to use them to catalyze further growth.
• Prototype habit support programs to support lasting change in organizations in transition to Holacracy.
• Practice using the Governance process to create clean organizational design without a command-and-control approach.

• Have already attended a Holacracy Practitioner Training.
• Have taken the Holacracy Practitioner Assessment and earned a score of 85% or higher. (You may take the assessment as many times as neccessary, but please allow ample time to pass the test to qualify for this training).

We can only consider exceptions to this policy for highly experienced Holacracy practitioners with at least a full year of daily Holacracy practice and regular Holacracy facilitation experience. If you have any questions regarding this, don’t hesitate to contact us.
