Hola + Beem: Self-Love Yin Yoga + Sound Healing + Sauna

Unwind, restore, and reconnect in this deeply nourishing wellness experience designed to soothe your nervous system and rejuvenate your body.

Two sauna sessions will be available: one beginning at 6:00 PM before the yoga practice, and another at 8:00 PM following the session. Guests may choose either option and enjoy a 45-minute infrared sauna experience—an ideal way to support detoxification, improve circulation, and promote deep restoration.

The evening begins with 45 minutes of grounding Yin Yoga, followed by 15 minutes of restorative Sound Healing. Gentle, healing vibrations guide you into profound relaxation, helping to reset both mind and body.
