Join Christine the 2nd Friday of each month on a journey through elemental yoga. In this HoL Series, you'll learn about the five elements of yoga through asanas, pranayma and sensory exploration. Each month will focus on practices, movements, breathing techniques and meditations related to an element, allowing participants to connect with themselves and gain insight and balance. September: Fire
October: Air
November: Earth
December: Water
January: Ether/Space
This month we will focus on the element Ether or Space. This element is subtle, creating clarity and potential. Our practice will create space within the body and mind through journaling, breathwork, meditation, mudras and movement.
This 90 minute class is included in the HoL membership, class blocks or a $15 drop in fee.
