- BUTCHERY TIME: Then, we’ll put on aprons and get into the butchery! Watch our Head Butcher breakdown a half of a local, pasture raised hog. We’ll harvest chops, belly, tenderloin, hams, and more! Learn the difference in some often-confused names of popular cuts, learn about cuts you’ve never heard of, and cooking techniques to maximize the meals you can cook from this hog.

Where does our pork come from?
We source all of our pork from right here in Western NC. Our heritage breed hogs are raised with the most care and attention - producing some of the best tasting pork around!
