We’re still accepting participants! If you’d like to sign up for a 10x15’ space, simply email us [email protected] with a brief introduction and description of your product! Feel free to include pictures or ask questions! We’re here to make this a fun and successful event! Gardeners, farmers, crafters, artists, amateurs and pros ~ ALL are welcome! Join us!
To sell in our swap, you will need to bring:
-Your own table, chair, cages and/or any other furnishings you'll need for displaying your products. IF you're bringing animals with bedding, please bring a tarp to help keep our arena free of debris.
-Your cost: Flat Rate: $5 for a 10x15 space or $10 for a 10x15 space with electricity provided (reserved for baby bird enclosures; limited availability; first come/first serve)
Requirements for livestock:
-Cages/enclosures must be big enough for animals to move comfortably and secure enough to keep animals safely within.
-Animals must be clean, healthy and free of any signs of illness such as discharge from eyes and/or nose, lethargy, coughing, sneezing, etc. We reserve the right to reject animals showing signs of illness.
-You must provide a tarp under any enclosure to keep bedding contained to your space.
-You must thoroughly clean up ALL bedding, trash and debris before you leave.
This event will be held *inside* a barn so it's happening~ rain or shine! We will be spacing the booths apart from each other to keep animals from coming into contact with one another. Poultry and baby pigs/goats/sheep up to 20 pounds are welcome. **No sale animals over 20 pounds allowed.
**No pet dogs but working service dogs are welcome!
