12:00 pm Welcome
12:15 pm Physio-led running warm-up workshop, @ Udara, led by By Design Physio
12:30 pm Shake out run along the beautiful Rivulet run by HRC run leads (SEE SEPARATE EVENT here)
1:15 pm meditation and yoga session with Ryan Mannix @Udara
1:45 pm Liveat Healthy Eating lunch provided by lululemon
