Industry Skills Australia (ISA) is holding an RTO Roundtable to hear firsthand from training providers that support the nation’s aviation, maritime, rail, transport and logistics industries, on a range of critical issues, including:
· Current and emerging skills and workforce priorities for the Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Higher Education (HE)
· What industry is saying to you about their current and emerging skills and workforce priorities
· Current blockages and bottlenecks to building a skilled VET and HE workforce
· High-impact solutions that VET and HE providers would like to see put into action
The packed session will also include information on the new 2025 Workforce Plans for each industry, the significant program of work that is set to flow and how RTOs will be able to get involved.
This is your chance to provide feedback on your ‘hot button’ issues and shape how the national skills system can respond to build a world class workforce for your industry.
